The present general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") are concluded between Durable Pleasures and any non-commercial natural person ("You") wishing to make a purchase on the Website or the catalog. These Terms and Conditions govern exclusively your relationship with Durable Pleasures. Plaisirs Durables reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are put online. The items we sell are strictly reserved for adults over 18, and can therefore offend the sensitivity of some people. The prices indicated in the product offer are inclusive of VAT.
All orders must be accompanied by full payment, and will be executed by us after we are assured of the identity of the recipient. As a result, we can not accept cash on delivery. When placing your order online on our site, the validation of your payment formalizes the sales contract with Plaisirs Durables. We reserve the right not to accept the order or to subject it to certain conditions. When you buy online, we reserve the right to offer you only certain means of payment. Durable Pleasures undertakes to honor orders only within the limits of available stocks of products. Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale. All orders are registered and processed immediately upon receipt and are dispatched as soon as possible. An invoice is attached to the package, which clearly shows all the information of the order, especially the availability of items.
Participation in postage and packing
Plaisirs Durables is responsible for delivering your package via La Poste or another delivery provider. A contribution to the shipping costs per order is required for a shipment tracking (see grid on page "Deliveries").
You have the choice to pay your order by:
- credit or debit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Maestro, Bancontact),
- bank transfer.
Cash on delivery orders are not accepted.
All offers of products, services and delivery methods, at the prices indicated, are only valid in Europe and within the limits of available stocks. Durable Pleasures is currently not able to deliver in France overseas. Upon receipt of an email confirming the sending of your order, your parcel will be taken care of by La Poste or another delivery provider. The day of delivery of your package to our carrier, we inform you by email. In the event of absence, the deliveryman will be able to deposit the parcel in your mailbox, with your caretaker or your neighbor. If however your parcel could not be delivered to your address, the deliveryman will deposit a notice of passage in your mailbox with the modalities to recover your parcel.

Right of withdrawal and exchange
You have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. During these delays, You will be able to return the products without having to justify reasons, nor to pay a penalty, except, if necessary, expenses of return. We will then refund the full amount of the items. In the case of an order for several items, your right of withdrawal will start from the day of delivery of the last item delivered. Plaisirs Durables commits itself to refund you all the sums paid at the reception of your parcel. Durable Pleasures will refund the returned products, subject to the above conditions, as well as the standard delivery charges. Supplied deliveries are reimbursed up to the standard delivery charge.
If you do not return your entire order and keep one or more products ordered, the amount of delivery charges "go" will not be reimbursed by Durable Pleasures. The refund will be made via the means of payment used during the returned order.
Thus, if your order has been paid by Credit Card, and if of course, the corresponding account is still active, the amount of returned items will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
- If the price of the item exchanged is higher than the one you return, make the payment corresponding to the difference (transfer) to avoid any delay in processing your return.
- We will refund your shipping costs (upon receipt of return by our service) if the return is the result of an error on our part or if it is defective. Please accompany your return with a proof from the Post Office.
Coupon codes, discount codes or coupons
Each coupon code, discount or voucher purchased consists of a unique combination of numbers or letters corresponding to a certain offer. Code of Consumption - article L211-4

The action resulting from the latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.

How to claim?

How do we handle your claim?
Any complaint received is processed no later than 14 days after receipt.
If the processing of your complaint requires more time, you will receive within 14 days an acknowledgment of receipt mentioning the waiting time required before you receive a response from us.
You are not satisfied with the response to your complaint? It is important for us that you receive a satisfactory response to your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have 4 weeks to make use of it. Notify us by email that you are not satisfied and that you want us to offer you another solution. The Customer Service Manager will acknowledge receipt of your letter and indicate when we will respond to it. This is usually a few weeks, but never more than three months.
You can also file your complaint on the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform. This platform set up by the EU can be used by all consumers across Europe. The European Commission provides this platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, which gives consumers the opportunity to settle any dispute related to their online order without the need for a court of first instance.
